We recommend dry cleaning for silk and embroidered sarees. Cotton sarees can be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. Always store sarees in a cool, dry place, preferably wrapped in muslin cloth to maintain their quality.

We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery within India takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for return.
